Teakwood Plantation is located along the northern shoreline of Lake Hartwell. It is about 1/2 mile north of South Carolina exit # 14 on Interstate 85. The subdivision is in Anderson County, SC, and all residences in Teakwood bear an address that ends with Anderson, SC 29625.
Take South Carolina exit # 14 off Interstate 85. Proceed 1/2 mile north (towards Clemson) on Highway 187, then turn left onto Nautical Way (look for the Teakwood signs on the stone walls at the entrance, plus a lot of white fence).
